Kozminski University is an internationally renowned private business school located in the very heart of Europe. We have achieved much since our creation in 1993. We offer recognized B.B.A., M.A., M.B.A., and Ph.D. programs in business management and finance. Our course offerings have a unique international flavour; they are taught entirely in English by international faculty with degrees and teaching experience from prestigious universities throughout the world. Admission

Admission requirements for Bachelor programs

Secondary school graduates holding High School Diplomas may apply for professional (Bachelor´s) courses.
Foreign candidates have to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a legalized or signed ‘apostille´ High School Diploma or another foreign document that entitles one to continue education at the university level. This document must be considered equal to a Polish matriculation certificate according to the document's nostrification (notarization) regulations or an international agreement or
  • Hold a Polish matriculation certificate

Submit the complete set of documents:

  • High School Diploma (Å›wiadectwo dojrzaÅ‚oÅ›ci) or an official duplicate issued by the candidate's high school
  • Legalization/ apostille of the High School Diploma (it does not refer to Polish matura and IB)
  • Translation of foreign High School Diploma into Polish (made by sworn translator)
  • Nostrification (notarization) of the high school diploma, if it was obtained abroad (it must be obtained at the latest, at the end of first semester of studies)
  • 2 passport-size pictures
  • Copy of the candidate´s ID/ passport
  • 650 PLN admission fee receipt

 

Additionally, foreign candidates have to submit:

  • Certificate of the English language proficiency (unless the high school courses were taught in English)
  • Medical certificate with no contraindication for studying
  • Health and accident insurance (immediately after the arrival)
  • Valid visa or Temporary Residence Permit/Karta Pobytu (immediately after the arrival)

 

Candidates may apply at any time of the year. We process applications from January 1 until August 15 (non EU-citizens) and September 30 (EU-citizens). Applications received afterwards will be kept on file and processed in the next application period.

Admission requirements for MSc programs

Aplicants holding higher education (Bachelor´s) diplomas or Master´s diplomas may apply for admission to Kozminski University Master´s courses.
Candidates are accepted on the basis of an interview.
Kozminski University undergraduate programs alumni are accepted automatically.

Submit the complete set of documents:

  • Undergraduate/ Graduate degree diploma or an official duplicate issued by the university
  • legalization/ apostille of the Undergraduate/ Graduate degree diploma
  • translation into Polish of the foreign Undergraduate/ Graduate degree diploma
  • Candidate's CV with the details about the school and professional career
  • 1 academic reference letter (issued by a professor from previous University)
  • 1 personal reference letter (issued eg by an employer)
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 passport-size pictures
  • Copy of the candidate´s ID/ passport
  • 650 PLN admission fee receipt

Additionally, foreign candidates have to submit:

  • Certificate of the English language proficiency (unless the high school/ university courses were taught in English)
