With more than 120 years of experience, Le Cordon Bleu (LCB) has successfully continued to deliver innovation and best practice in Gastronomy, Hospitality and Management. The institute has an expanding international network of teaching with a strong faculty that includes international personalities, university professors and experts from the tourism and hospitality sector.
Students, at LCB, gain the most comprehensive training in classic French culinary techniques, while being exposed to a number of hands-on sessions under the guidance of world-class chefs. These sessions help students graduate with skills to unveil exciting career options not only in leading hotels and restaurants of the world, but also as successful entrepreneurs, instructors, authors and journalists.
Location and Facilities
Paris Campus - LCB's main campus is based in Paris, a city with unparalleled historic and culture blended with tradition and modern dynamism. Students studying here are exposed to some of the world's best bistros and bakeries, cafes' and restaurants.
Australia Campuses - Students enrolled at LCB Australia have the advantage of experiencing the country's renowned food and wine industry. LCB Australia has campuses in Sydney and Adelaide, both of which offer accommodation options including International student residences, private rental, home stay and shared accommodation. The support services on campus include Academic and personal counselling, a Learning Resource Centre, Medical centre, Disability support, and a modern cafeteria amongst others.
New Zealand Campus - Situated in the city's vibrant dining and entertainment quarter, LCB Wellington promises students a world-class culinary training experience. The campus has dedicated student learning spaces and modern lecture theatre, the latest interactive teaching and learning technologies. Students are also able to work at ease with individual spacious work stations fitted with the latest equipment.
London Campus - Considered to be one of the gastronomic capitals in the world, London is one of the most exciting cities with growing culinary and hospitality industries. Some of the campus facilities include a library of culinary, wine and hospitality management books with quiet study area of computer access as well as an on-site café.
Thailand Campus, Bangkok - LCB Bangkok is located in the heart of the city's famous Silom district, adjacent to the Ducit Thani hotel and is easily accessible by the MRT subway or the BTS Skytrain. All courses are taught in both Thai and English.
Ottawa Campus - Students in LCBs' Ottawa campus get to experience the industry's rich history in gastronomy and flair for French architecture. Students study in the institute's state-of-the-art facility with specially designed amphitheatres that feature closed-circuit cameras and audio systems for demonstration classes as well as professional kitchens for practice hands-on-training.

As a part of LCB's commitment to helping students prepare for a career in culinary arts, students are given the opportunity to individually interact with experienced career services staff. This entails one on one discussion focused on career goals, interview tips and advice on job searches in the culinary/hospitality industry. Students are given the opportunity to pursue culinary Externships, where students gain the necessary tools to enhance their passion for crafting food and are equipped to become trained professionals.
